New talent.
Shared spotlight.

Extraordinary talent deserves to be discovered.

Across the United States and around the world, remarkable bachata and salsa artists are developing their craft, inspiring their students and building something worth sharing. Artists to Watch is being created to bring more of those voices to Nashville.

We’re looking for more than impressive dancers. We want passionate teachers, creative minds and artists who know how to make people feel welcome on the dance floor. People who bring dedication, curiosity and a genuine desire to contribute to a community.

A community ready to connect.

Over the years, Javier has built a community of students and social dancers who actively invest in their progress through private lessons, classes, events and dance travel. Our social events typically welcome 100–130 people, creating opportunities for visiting artists to share their work and build new connections.

Bring your talent. Share your vision.

We’d love to connect with artists who take initiative and are excited to share their talent in Nashville—through their dancing, their teaching and the connections they build along the way.

Tell us your story. Share your performance and teaching videos, describe what you’d love to bring to Nashville, and let us know your availability.

Let’s explore what we can create together.
